HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?

Applicable sales tax is calculated where the merchandise is being shipped to in the following states: California.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST IF I PLACE AN ORDER?
All orders qualify for FREE standard shipping within the contiguous United States. For rush orders we offer 2-Day expedited and overnight delivery. To learn more about shipping rates and options click here.
 
WHERE CAN I FIND A STORE NEAR ME?
You may find a Serapian store by clicking here. In our boutiques section, you may search for a Serapian store or an approved retail location within a 500-mile radius by zip code or city or state.
 
DO YOU SHIP TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We are the official United States website of Serapian. We do not offer shipping outside the United States. If you reside in Europe, you may visit our sister website: www.Serapian.com.
 
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once you successfully place an order, you will view a receipt page. On this page will be your order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order has not been placed. Additionally, a copy of your receipt will be sent to the email address that you specified on your order. You will receive this email generally between 15 minutes to 4 hours after placing your order.

 
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, DISCOVER, VISA/Mastercard and PayPal. At this time we do not accept international credit cards or payment types. If you do require using a card that is associated with an international address, we suggest that you use PayPal instead.
 
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. The email will be sent to the email address used when you placed your order. The email will contain your tracking number so you may track your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO?
No. At this time we do not offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO locations.


WHAT WEB BROWSERS DOES SERAPIAN SUPPORT?
Serapian supports the latest versions of Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome – you can still use our site if you are on an earlier version or different web browser, but certain features may not work as expected. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO ONE OF YOUR STORES?
Yes. You may return your order only if you placed it on our online store (www.us.serapian.com) or you bought at one of our Serapian flagship locations. I'M HAVING PROBLEMS PLACING AN ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?
We recommend that you first check to make sure all of your billing information is the same as it appears on your credit card statement. This includes your street address, city, zip code, etc. We also suggest that you check that your expiration date on your credit card is still valid.
