You may return your order if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase as long as the following conditions are met.
• Our warehouse receives your return within 10 days of receiving your original order.
• All returned items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, show no signs or evidence of wear or use and have original tags in place.
• Must have been bought directly at www.us.serapian.com. We cannot accept returns purchased at a physical store location or another retail website.
Please note, that refunds will not include shipping or handing fees if charged on your original order. If returns are received 10 days after your delivery date, you will be responsible for return to shipper fees and our warehouse will automatically deny your return.

Your credit card will be refunded immediately upon the arrival of said return. All returns must be in the original condition as purchased and unused. All straps,tags.and enclosures must be included.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we have received your return package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. As soon as your refund is processed you will receive an email notification to the email address you specified on your original order. Your refund will appear on your online statement generally 1-3 days after you receive notification.
